Circuit connection description of FPC connector
1. In the circuit board of the connector, two layers of single-sided PI copper clad material are used in the middle of the connector, and the adhesive with a window at a specific position is used for pressing. Then, in the local area, two layers of double-sided conductor circuit board with a separate structure are used to achieve the circuit board with high flexibility in the layered area, which is called the base plate to generate double-sided board.
2. However, for the circuit board with double-sided board in FPC connector, the main thing is to use double-sided PI board copper clad material. After the double-sided circuit is completed, a layer of protective film is added on both sides respectively, so as to become a circuit board with double-layer conductor.
3. In addition, the FPC connector also has a substrate generation single panel. It uses pure copper foil material in the circuit process, and then adds a layer of protective film on each side successively, so as to make a circuit board with only a single layer of conductor but bare conductors on both sides of the circuit board, so it is called substrate generation single panel.
4. The single panel in the connector is made of single-sided PI copper clad material. After the completion of the circuit, it will be covered with a layer of protective film, and then it will form a kind of flexible circuit board with only single-layer conductor of the connector.
