What should be paid attention to when board to board connectors are stored?
Inspection rules for insulation of board to board connectors: the same type of insulating materials produced by qualified suppliers have stable performance (return without quality problems within one year), and they shall be inspected every 5 tons.
For new insulating materials from qualified suppliers or insulating materials or samples from the first supplier, type test shall be conducted for the first time, and sampling inspection shall be conducted for the next five supplies. After passing the inspection, sampling inspection can be conducted every other batch. If the insulating material is found unqualified once by sampling, it shall be sampled according to the first batch of supply regulations. Each batch of insulating material must be attached with the quality certificate or test report of the supplier's material.
Sampling method: take 2 bags or more from each batch. The detectable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, 80 ℃ volume resistivity, oxygen index and density.
The performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty. The insulation material is packed with plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric / kraft paper composite outside. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, but there is no negative deviation per ton.
The package of insulation material for board to board connector must be marked with: name of manufacturer, material model and name, production date, net weight, product certificate, etc. When the insulating material of electronic wire connector comes into the factory, it shall be attached with the manufacturer's quality guarantee or quality inspection report. At the time of first supply, the manufacturer must attach the type test report of the legal inspection department. During normal supply, the manufacturer must provide the type test report of the legal inspection department every two years.
The insulating material of transport board to board connector shall not be exposed to sunlight and rain, and the package shall not be damaged.
The insulating materials for board to board connectors shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production
