• Working time: Working five days a week, and have a Two-Day weekend. Workers will be paid lawfully if working overtime is needed. Night shift workers will get a night shift allowance, and are entitled to enjoy paid holidays, annual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, etc.
• Social Security: Cover all employees with social insurance according to law.
• Accommodation : Six to eight employees per room with personal cabinet, and 24 hours hot water supply;
• Food: There are noodle and rice offering in the canteen, employees can choose according to their preference.
• Entertainment: There are library, TV room, and wall newspaper in the company. Every year we will organize many activities for our staff ( Tennis table, basketball, and tug of War, ect.)
